Dining at Shadow Lake Lodge

Whether arriving or returning from a day of hiking, all guests are greeted by the aroma of fresh baking upon entering the dining cabin. Afternoon tea is set out every afternoon with a selection of savoury and sweet items.

When the dinner bell rings, guests gravitate back to the dining cabin, where they are seated with their group.

Artisan breads, hearty soups, distinctive main courses and delectable desserts will round out your active day at Shadow Lake Lodge. Creative, set menus are prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients and attention to special dietary requests. Full service meals with attentive service ensure you eat what you want, with plenty of opportunity to enjoy second helpings.

In the morning, following a seated breakfast, made-to-order lunches are delivered featuring your choices of fresh fruit, sandwich ingredients, cookies, and other snacks to take with you as you head out on the trail.

Note: Shadow Lake Lodge is home to a small and busy backcountry kitchen. While our kitchen team strives to mitigate cross-contamination of all allergens, we can not guarantee a 100% allergy free environment at all times. All meals served to all guests are prepared in the same kitchen.
