All you need to do is book your stay, and we will take care of the rest! This year, renowned officiant Cole Hofstra is onsite at Shadow Lake Lodge for two weeks, offering personalized ceremonies and vow renewals. Celebrate your love surrounded by the mountains and tranquility of Banff National Park, with the comfortable amenities of Shadow Lake Lodge and it’s cozy private cabins.

What Couples Are Responsible For
Valid Alberta wedding licence (required for a legal ceremony)
Two witnesses (If you struggle with this, please co-ordinate with us prior to your stay and our staff may act as witnesses)
Couples will need to purchase a cabin

Group Booking & Cancellation Policies
Deposit at booking
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total reservation fee is required to confirm your booking.
At this time, you must also complete and submit the Guest Rental Agreement.
Final Payment & Damage Deposit
The remaining balance (50%) is due 45 days before your arrival.
A pre-authorized security deposit* of $1000 will be processed at the time of booking
Event Liability Insurance
You are required to purchase Event Liability Insurance.
Proof of insurance must be submitted to Shadow Lake Lodge before the event by emailing: groups@alpineclubofcanada.ca

Reservations are subject to an additional $6.50 per person/per night Environmental Levy fee.
