Haiduk Lake, named after a Polish term for a lively young woman, a hoiden, by A.O. Wheeler. This is an easy five hour hike, but can take longer if you decide to go on to Whistling Pass or the loop.
The trail: This trail is the same as Ball Pass trail until you reach Ball Pass junction at the 5.3km mark. Veer left (south) at RE 21. After the campsite, you climb steeply for a few minutes, then follow an easy grade to Haiduk Lake.
